I was  introduced to agility by breeder and friend, Sandy McDonald.   Sprite and I started training in 2002 when he was about 8 months old.  At that time, agility was a relatively young sport and there was a lot of mystery in how to train the best way.  We had contact issues for years because of poor training early on but we finally were able to find a way to fix them.  Sprite now has a reliable 2 on 2 off contact and has acheived the AKC Master level of agility in Standard and Jumpers.

Celia had different issues.  She has more drive than she or I knew what to do with.  But she is exhilarating to run with and we are training to be a better team.  Celia has her Novice AKC titles.

Vickie has a nice controlled drive right now.  She has a better foundation of obedience than Sprite or Celia had.  She also has the benefit of a handler that has a lot more experience after 5 years.  She will not jump full height or weave until she is finished growing.
